  • What is your refund/exchange policy?
    If you do not want to keep your Purchased product for any reason, you can return it to Feeet and we will issue you a full refund for the price of the item. If the item was faulty then we will replace or refund the item along with the postage cost. If you have ordered the incorrect size or you have decided that you do not want the product, then we will refund you for the price of the item only. You have 14 days to return your product from the delivery date. IMPORTANT Please return the item along with the undamaged original packaging and please make sure that the item is unworn.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We are pretty fast, we post on 2nd class UK delivery the day after you order! Right now we do not have a 1st class shipping option but we will offer 1st shipping very soon.
  • Why are your socks so amazing?
    Because we test all of our designs before they become a real Products in our range. Our standards are high and our products live up to our sock dreams.
  • Where are your socks made?
    Our Hiking and Walking Outdoor socks are made in Portugal in an area that is famous for high quality footwear.
  • Can i get a trade account for my real life shop?
    We are always looking for new Specialist Outdoor Shops to stock Feeet. We offer great terms and look after our stockists very well. Please get in touch if you would like to become a Feeet stockist.
  • Can i get your socks for my online store?
